We wanted to listen to podcasts while driving. Local radio isn’t always useful when we don’t understand the language, and podcasts let us choose something we want to hear.
Roger asked Sintonia, a Claude Code collaborator, to build a podcast-player app with features similar to Pocket Casts. He wanted the listening features he valued without taking on another subscription.
Sintonia built the player as an installable web app. The request came from Roger, and the project did not present any particular difficulty.
No need to explain the setup again
Sintonia already knew Roger’s technical environment and what was available. Roger could describe the app he wanted without first repeating the technical background.
Roger sees this project and Baú, our box-inventory app, as examples of the same thing: accumulated context makes the next piece of work easier to begin. With Baú, Paiol suggested extending a smaller request. With the podcast player, Roger knew what he wanted and asked Sintonia to make it.
The work matters to us because it fits something we actually do. We travel, we spend time driving, and we wanted something to listen to. A collaborator who already knew the setup could build on it.
